If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment method or payment provider.

5. Payments

RYLIN may offer prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options on eligible orders and locations.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. RYLIN does not intentionally store complete card or banking credentials.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery is generally:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–7 business days
Remote/extended areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, operational issues, or circumstances outside RYLIN's reasonable control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

RYLIN currently offers exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Returns/refunds are not generally available for change of mind or personal preference. However, applicable consumer rights for defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products will not be excluded by these terms.
